$ The Market 1 - NASI - Daily Line (solid), 700
chart

The Summation Index is the best indicator for intermediate term and long term investors. I use it in conjuction with the SAR and Slope indicators to give me more specific signals. And always be wary when the NASDAQ Summation rolls over at or below the 0 line - it's usually an indication of bad things to come.

$ The Market 2 - $NAA50 - Daily Invisible, 460
chart

The number of stocks trading above the 50 day moving average gives a good oversold/overbought indicator as well as a good directional indicator. I've also added a Stop And Reverse Indicator to give more specific signal.
