This shows the current exposure level as reported by Active Investment Managers. When they%27re all out be prepared to go all in.
Here is the NAAIM with the Nasdaq bullish % and HQU.TO all n the same chart over the past 30 months. Buying at absolute lows will always require some luck, but this chart provides a good relative sense of how "on sale" the Nasdaq 100 is. Adding to positions during the meaningful dips is useful.
The space below the MA(52) is similar to the <50 RSI. Any space below the MA(52) identifies the market as being "On Sale". Below that it%27s a question of the degree. All sales are good though. Nibble just below the line, feed under 40 RSI.
For short term trading. Buy under the green line...sell over the red. Repeat.
Trendline has held since Mid April.
The 52 week EMA line, used along with the RSI 42 line, do a great job of identifying long term buyable lows. When price is below the black line, it%27s "on sale".
Buy low...sell high...never sell this one at a loss.
Buying the big dips has worked well.
