The 52 week EMA thick black line helps identify when oversold/overbought conditions exist.
This chart seems busy at first glance, but if you take a minute to understand it you%27ll see how powerful it actually is. This chart can be a wealth creator. Comprised of monthly candlesticks with the RSI(2) over an 11 year period, it summarizes TQQQ since inception. The horizontal green and red lines in the RSI section identify the buy and sell levels. The vertical green lines identify each time the month closed with an RSI(2) level of 40 or less. Buy and hold investors can just buy these <40 RSI(2) readings whenever they appear, a classic buy the dips approach. Traders may wish to sell some at the horizontal red line marking 97 RSI. Either way you would have done exceptionally well with TQQQ since inception. Perhaps well into the future too. Just 23 buy signals during the entire period. Low maintenance with huge returns.
Buy the dips at or below the green RSI line...sell at or above the red. It pays to be patient. Just 15 buys in past 3 years.
