(3/27/2014) -- This chart goes back to the year 1900, however it may take a certain level of membership to view the early years -- I am not sure -- so sorry if you can%27t see the whole time period.
If the current %27touch%27 at the upper red trendline is broken to the upside, what would be the upper limit?
