With a hard hit this week, the Energy SPDR (XLE) and the Materials SPDR (XLB) are now down month-to-date. In contrast, the S&P 500 and other seven sectors are still up since March 1st. The technology, industrials and finance sectors are, however, underperforming because they are up less than the S&P 500. XLE and XLB clealry show the most relative weakness.
