Sector Spotlight: Long-Term Sector Trends are Fading

In this edition of StockCharts TV's Sector Spotlight, as it is the first Tuesday of the month, I take on the monthly charts for February. After a short look at the current rotations for Asset Classes and Sectors, I jump into the long-term trends as they are unfolding on the monthly charts -- starting with Sectors this time to ensure there is enough time to go over all of them. More and more of the long term trends, as we have seen them unfold over the last two years, are stalling, which is slowing down the S&P 500. Risks are clearly still increasing. From an Asset Allocation perspective, commodities are the place to be, as they are breaking overhead resistance levels and continuing their turnaround process.
