In this edition of Sector Spotlight, as it is the first Tuesday of the new month, I take a look at the monthly charts for asset classes and US sectors. Most of the (strong) monthly trends are still intact. The long-term chart of the 10-2 yield curve, in combination with the S&P 500, is something to keep an eye on, as I points out a few previous occasions of yield curve steepening that led to a decline in the S&P 500. I wrap up the show with an update for my Long/Short basket, replacing one short with a new one!

I also made a guest appearance on today's episode of The Final Bar with David Keller, in which I visualized the stock-bond ratio and showed how that relates to a steepening yield curve. You can watch below; my segment begins at 13:27.
