Banff Commodity Conference Information and The Canadian Banks

I was looking through charts today and the Banks in Canada are trying to break some downward trendlines.

Here is the volume push and the trendline break on Royal Bank.

RY.TO

The move is barely discernable on the weekly, but at least its breaking out when the market is quiet with volume on the daily.

TD.TO and CM.TO are also moving nicely.

A big thank you to those of you who were at Chartcon 2012 in Seattle. I enjoyed the opportunity to meet so many people and to present my state of the global markets. I mentioned the upcoming Banff conference and I have had a few people ask how they can sign up. If you have not signed up yet, this will be an outstanding conference. From Tom McClellan, Martin Pring, David Keller, Adam Sorab, Jordan Kotick, Jeffrey Kennedy of Elliott Wave, Don Vialoux on Seasonality and Harold Davis on Agriculture, we have an unbelievable list. Click on the link below for an abundance of information about the conference. From the link you can register as well as book your hotel rooms. I think the attendees at Chartcon were very excited when I explained each of the guests and the role they have in the industry.
