The "Your Account" page allows for you to make many changes to your contact information. You can also change your password, cancel your account, adjust your Market Message alert preferences, view and print invoices, upgrade your account and so on. To access the page, click on the "Your Account" link in the upper right corner of the Members page.
The "Your Account Settings" page has 7 sections. We'll go through each section one by one.
Your Account Status
This section is where you can cancel your account, and review account type, expiration date and get your "Loyalty Reward" code if applicable. To learn about Loyalty Rewards, click here.
Your Notification Settings
You can unsubscribe from Market Message alerts and manage Public ChartList notifications.
Your Automatic Renewal Settings
Automatic renewal can be enabled when you place an order. If you do not have automatic renewal enabled, that section will look like this:
If you enable automatic renewal when you place an order, you can select to be automatically renewed monthly, every three, six or 12 months. Then, that box will look like this:
You can use the "click here" link to change your credit card information. You can also elect to cancel automatic renewal.
Your Personal Account Information
Here, you can change your email address, password and address. Click on the "Submit" button when done.
Subscription Plans
You can upgrade your account, downgrade your account or, extend your account. Just click on the corresponding yellow button to make your selection. Upgrades are pro-rated based on the remaining time left on your subscription. The cost will be listed in the box. If you downgrade, some additional time may be added to your account to compensate for the price difference.
ChartPacks
ChartPacks are collections of ChartLists that have already been created for you! Some are free and some are available for purchase. Click on the "Click Here" links in that section on the page to learn about ChartPacks.
Your Previous Transactions
You can view and print invoices for your orders in this area.
