So this weekend is a "newsletter weekend" - i.e., it's one of the two weekends each month where we publish our free electronic newsletter "ChartWatchers". In the past - before we started using these blogs - subscribers would have to wait until "ChartWatchers" showed up in their mailbox to read any of its content. Sometimes, for a variety of reasons, we couldn't send out the newsletter until late in the weekend even though most of it was completed much earlier. Basically, the newsletter had to be completely done before anyone could read any of it.
Now however all that has changed.
Now, whenever any of the articles for ChartWatchers are complete, we publish that article in the ChartWatchers blog. That means that if you are dying to see what John Murphy (for instance) says, you can see it in the blog before it appears in your email. Just check the blog periodically or subscribe to the RSS feed to get notified. And the time to be checking for updates is Friday (today!) afternoon as soon as the market closes.
On the other hand, if you are the kind of person that likes to read ChartWatchers all at once, don't worry. We are still going to send out the completed newsletter via email just like we always have.
Another nice thing about the ChartWatchers blog is that you can use the "Cloud" of author's names on the right side of the page to see all of the articles by any single author. So, for instance, if you are a fan of Arthur Hill's stuff, just click his name and BOOM! You'll see a complete list of just Arthur's articles.
Finally, I encourage everyone to click and use the "Subscribe" link for our blogs. That way you'll be instantly notified whenever we add new content.
