Last September the website had a hiccup. Well "hiccup" may not be the correct word. A couple of people working in a manhole outside of our offices managed to damage our new Gigabit Fiber connection, taking the site offline and forcing us back onto our slower T3 circuits while the damage was repaired. Later in the month, we had a router fail. It was a bad month.
