I just arrived in New York City again for the first time in 3 years. It's great to be back in the big city. I have several business meetings today and then my public presentation tomorrow night in Plainview, Long Island (please come by if you can). And then on Friday, John Murphy, Arthur Hill and myself are getting together for a long-range planning pow-wow. I'm also hoping - somehow - to squeeze in a visit to the Met. Should be a fun time!
As I mentioned in last week's newsletter, we're making some big changes which will increase the value of a StockCharts.com membership. Extra members can now store twice as many charts in their account (200) than they could before. Basic members will soon have access to many more of the features that Extra members have (but still limited to just 1 list). And we have many more big changes waiting in the wings.
Speaking of changes, one of the points that I make in my presentation is that StockCharts is always trying to improve. Instead of making huge changes, we use a strategy of continuous, small improvements that move things along gradually and allow us to incorporate user feedback faster.
I was reminded of this process when I was updating our "Milestones" page on the plane. Be sure to check it out to see how far we've come and then think about how things will be even better in the future as we continue to evolve.
